order to make sure your freshly sealcoated surface is safe! - Apply Sealcoating—Next, we apply the sealcoat across
the entire asphalt surface, and double-check that it’s applied evenly.
Occasionally, we also need to plan for a second sealcoat, to be applied
the next day. - Allow to Dry—Once applied, asphalt sealcoat
needs time to dry. Typically, 36 hours will do the trick. Once that time
has passed and the barricades are removed, your brand-new sealcoat is
ready for use!
